蘋果炒豬肉片
材料
豬肉片 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 300 g
青蘋果 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 個
嘉拿蘋果(Gala) ⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 個
薑 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 2-3 片
味醂 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 湯匙
醬油 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 湯匙
老抽 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 茶匙
蜜糖、芝麻 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 適量
做法
1. 蘋果用水沖洗一下,放少許鹽在表皮來回搓洗,再用水沖洗;
2. 將半個青蘋果磨蓉,豬肉片切約2cm闊,蘋果蓉和豬肉一起拌勻,加少許鹽醃30分鐘;
3. 青、紅蘋果各1/4切片,浸入加了醋或檸檬汁的水中留作伴碟,其他連皮切粒;
4. 中火下油煎香薑片,放豬肉片加味醂炒至豬肉略變色,下醬油、老抽炒熟豬肉;
5. 把蘋果粒下鑊和豬肉一起炒一會,上碟,淋上一小匙蜜糖,灑些少芝麻,可伴蘋果片一起吃~
*嘉拿蘋果比較小,如選用比較大的紅蘋果,只需一半就夠。
Stir Fry Pork with Apple
Ingredients
Pork slice 300 g
Granny smith apple 1 pc
Gala apple 1 pc
Ginger (jullienne) 2 slice
Mirin 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
Honey and sesame
Method
1. Wash apples, use a bit of salt to scrub the apple peel, then wash out the salt.
2. Take half of granny smith to grate, pork slice cut in 2 cm long, mix with apple, add salt to marinate around 30 mins.
3. Keep 1/4 of green and red apple to slice and put in water (add some vinegar or lemon juice) for garnish. Dice the rest
4. Get a pan turn to medium heat, add oil and ginger, then put pork and mirin stir fry, add soy sauce and dark soy sauce, until the pork is cooked.
5. Put diced apple stir fry for 1min. Serve on the plate, add some honey and sprinkle sesame on top, sever with slice apple~
