橙香雞槌
材料
雞槌 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 500 g橙 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 2 粒
薑(切絲) ⋯⋯⋯⋯ 3 片
蒜頭(切碎) ⋯⋯⋯ 3 瓣
檸檬 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1/2 個
紹酒 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 湯匙
原糖 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 茶匙(視乎橙的甜度)
鹽 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 少許
做法
1. 橙洗淨刨皮(2、3條),將橙切半搾汁;
2. 下油中火將雞槌煎至金黃,下蒜粒、薑絲略炒;
3. 加紹酒略炒,倒入橙汁,加入橙皮,加蓋炆約20分鐘;
4. 打開蓋,擠入檸檬汁,落糖、鹽調味,再煮至收汁,完成~
・橙皮為增加香味(可以不加),只要橙色部分,白色部分會帶苦澀味。
Orange Flavor Chicken Drumstick
Ingredients
Chicken drumstick 500 g
Orange 2 pc
Ginger (julienne) 3 slice
Chopped Garlic 3 clove
Lemon half
Shaoxing wine 1 tbsp
Raw sugar 1 tsp
Salt
Method
1. Wash orange peel the zest, cut orange on half and squeeze the juice.
2. Fry drumstick in medium high heat until golden brown, add garlic, ginger.
3. Add Shaoxing wine, orange juice and zest. Cover with lid cook for 20 mins.
4. Add lemon juice, sugar and salt for seasoning. Reduce the sauce to right concentrate. Done~
